Hi does anyone knows if getting a passport form Saint Kitts and Nevis by investing program (or any other similar country) will be deny if the applicant is on the Clinton´s list.

Also, can anyone recommend a person or firm that can handle this matter?

Thanks

Right @ih8socialism

The Clinton List is SDNT list or Specially Designated Narcotics Traffickers.

Created on octuber 1995, executive order 12978 by Bill Clinton. Thus the name.

On July 31, 2017, the United States Department of the Treasury approved the sanctions against the President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, as a member of the Cartel of the Suns for suspicions of drug trafficking, arms trafficking and money laundering, where he also Officials from the Military High Command of Venezuela, such as Vladimir Padrino López, Diosdado Cabello, among others, would be implicated.

In addition to this, the decision was formalized by supporting and accelerating a fraudulent electoral process, the National Constituent Assembly of Venezuela in 2017, in order to perpetuate itself in power and move to a dictatorship.

Since 2017 many more official, even lower level, from Venezuelan dictatorship were included. Even some fugitives from the regime and refugees in Europe.

St Kitts maybe not, but there could be some other countries that could be an option. Those with less due diligence (if you are not on Interpol red notice etc then you are OK)

Just a question since getting a 2nd passport is on my todolist for the next couple of years, wouldn't it be better to get in touch with the authorities of the country you want to purchase a passport directly?
no it would not, they will send you away. You have to get in touch with firms or CSPs or government agents for the countries. I am one of them :)
