Hello fellow members,

I'm new here and searching for useful and credible information from those that were in my shoes in the past.

What is the best country for the following:-

1. Registering a single-owner business at a very reasonable one-off cost.
2. Truly tax-free environment without recurring hidden costs.
3. Simple and efficient business bank account with online banking facility.
4. A bank that is able to facilitate online payment receipt very efficiently and cost effectively.
5. A bank and country that respects their clients and takes confidentiality seriously.

I wish to form a small but completely legal and decent start-up business with an online presence.
However, I'm a person that appreciates privacy.

If it helps to know, I do not reside in the USA or in Europe.

Any input from fellow members and experts will be highly appreciated.

Not going to happen.

Where do you live? Where are you tax resident. This is where your company will be tax resident. So unless you currently live in a tax favourably location, you are not going to be able to be in a tax-free environment and even if you were, expecting without recurring hidden costs. is naieve at best, the problem is you want to be completely legal .

But saying you did get all that, you then want o facilitate online payment receipt very efficiently and cost effectively.


So you want to be
1) complete legal
2) tax free
3) cheap with no recurring fees
4) with good bank and online payment options
5) all efficent and high quality.


You could probably pick 2 of the above and sort something, but all them? no chance.
