I suggest that you clearly state if you have a minimum current processing volume, and outright reject those who don’t meet this requirement, instead of ghosting genuine potential clients (who might be processing big volumes in the future).

We respond on Telegram for almost 20 hours a day. If we haven’t replied to you, it’s possible that your request wasn’t relevant, or we are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries. I was also online on the forum yesterday and responded to questions in private messages. I can provide proof of this.

I appreciate your feedback, and perhaps we should reconsider our response time. However, the accusations mentioned above are unfounded.

Please also take into account the time zone difference. We are in the GMT+1 time zone. If you feel like you haven't received a prompt response, it might be because it’s the middle of the night in our time zone.
But this does not mean that after integration you’ll be left to handle issues on your own. Our technical team will be assigned to you after integration and will be there to support you even at night.

Hello! Our company has been in this business for over 5 years, and we are a direct provider, not a reseller. As for myself, I’ve personally been working in this field for around 3 months, representing the company.

Your website claims $1M+ transactions per day, yet there is no mention of "Surfgate" anywhere online ... seriously?

Where is your company located? Your website has no address or contact details (apart from telegram - which is hardly reputable for a payment processor). I'm assuming you require such details from your customers, but are not forthcoming with the same? Do you provide real contact details (ie physical address and phone number) to your actual customers, or continue in phantom mode?

Are you licensed by any legal/government authority as a financial services provider?

Any reason for the seeming lack of transparency?

I am simply doing my "due diligence" - sorry if you think that's "toxic" - I'm sure you want to know in which country your customer is located, the name of the company owners, business history, etc etc before opening their account.

It is hardly unreasonable for a prospective customer to want the same information from you, considering they are trusting you with their money, and paying (high) fees for the pleasure of doing so.

Given the large number of scammers in this industry, your secrecy and total lack of transparency are not inspiring my confidence, and "not productive" for your industry, in general.

Why the secrecy about your location - what are you hiding?

That’s completely understandable, and you’re right. But you can see that if you want people to trust you with their 500K or 1M in monthly revenue, transparency is key. Unless, of course, you only want to target those involved in illegal activities - people who have no other options and are forced to use your service like a lottery ticket.
