Hi,

Could you recommend EU based countries(possible for SEPA transfer) for opening a personal bank account as a non-EU resident ?
(Without a proof of residence or TIN,NIF, or Visa permit, mobile phone number...)

Based on what I have found, The countries require only passport(plus a proof of address) for documents are like below.

1) Bulgaria(UniCredit Bulbank)
2) Poland(Bank millenium)
3) Hungary(OTP bank)
4) Spain(Sabadell bank)
5) Portugal(Atlantico bank)
6) France(remote opening is possible)(LCL , Boursoma, BNP paribas, societe generale, HSBC, Credit mutuel)
7) Ireland(BOI , AIB)

If above information is incorrect or there are more countries except I have said,
please share your idea.
Thanks.

You can add, Denmark, Sweden and Norway to this list. But honestly I doubt you will get a personal bank account there without a personal visit and lot's of information to provide.

They are exact the same as any other EU country, you need to visit the bank, show them a legal and profitable business so they will hook.

If the purpose is to put you hard earned 500 euro on the account every month, then sorry, but forget it.
