Unlocking PayPal account with ID

My PayPal account got limited today. Since I do not wanna send my own ID, are there any services here to unlock my account? I'm new to this kind off stuff ;P

You may use Google or simply signup for Mentor Group where you can find providers and similar.

You may not be able to unlock your account with other persons ID since the account is opened in your name so why would PayPal think off to unlock the account if you provide some others person docs?
