I have a US LLC in Delaware as a pass-through entity that does business exclusively with EU clients. I am tax resident in a personal tax-free country without DTT. Everything that I have read said that the US LLC won’t need to pay any taxes, just me as a person depending on the country that I live.

My question is does withholding tax apply if I pay myself a salary and/or dividends? Is there any difference if it is a salary or just dividends?

What if I wanted to hire an independant contractor who is located outside of the US? Is there anything special that I need to consider?

Sorry if this question has been asked before. I couldn’t find any information on it.
