US PayPal for a non-US citizen

Hi,

I have a US bank account and an LLC in US, but I'm not a US citizen and I'm not there.

I want to open PayPal Payments Pro account for credit card processing for an online store.

Later when PayPal will ask for my ID and phone bill - will they accept my non-US ID?
I can probably use a dark phone bill, but can I use it with a real non-US ID?

You should have dark ID and utlilty bill. If you want to create your dark id we can work something out
