Verified Paypal Business Acc Malaysia

Hi, I am trying to setup a verified paypal account in Malaysia, after setting it up I do not see any option for me to upload documentation. All it says is I need to link a credit card or banking account. I want this paypal account to be anonymous, linking a banking account expose my identity . What option do I have in order to get a any verified account?

I want this account to send and receive money. Preferably without limitation.

Please advice
