Hello all.
Let's imagine you need to constantly move in and out between 1 million to 5 million month by month to many countries except USA and EU. Also excluding blacklisted countries by EU and USA.
Incoming funds comes from investing from regulated liquidity providers and it should go the business bank account, then it should go to an international holding company, after it reaches, the holding company makes wires to many local daugther companies in the world except USA, EU and blacklisted countries by USA and EU. All transactions should be done via SWIFT.
Now, for making this I would go with a bank and/or EMI, the thing is this bank should be able to process the incoming and outgoing transactions, of course it is going to need a legal gateway but at the end of the day the bank should be used for purely cross border payments.
So for the people who has knowledge in banking, what could be a flexible jurisdiction for establishing a banking institution and also get a correspondent bank or payment gateway where the bank can easily process these funds and for that monthly turnover?
The thing is this bank is not going to hold corporate client's funds but purely cross border payments 99% of the time. So I may not go to Puerto Rico because the correspondent bank would like to see good amoun to park with them but this situation is only for transactional purposes.
What do you suggest?
THank you.
