The founders and directors must be legally allowed to deal with such commercial activities and not only in Latvia, but anywhere in the world. They should have no previous convictions either.

Sorry if I din't read it all correct, but what are the share capital requirements to obtain such a license and what is required to office, staff and accounting as well as legal requirements.

I would like to share experience about it.

I have knowledge and experience with regulation and licensing in Germany and Austria. Including KYC/AML, Cryptocurrency and taxation of course.

Made my first steps in Latvia already (residency, bank account, corporate & tax law etc.)
