Hello everyone,

We are in the process of setting up a new company and we want to form an offshore company & bank account,
The subject of the work specifically
Our company will be a mediator between teachers and students
Teachers of different languages will share informations about their experience in teaching language with the students who want to learn foreign languages and our company will connect them to each other in the sense that we are the mediator between teachers and students.
The platform will receive payments from students around the world

There are 3 partners One in Turkey, the other in Dubai and the third in Egypt
I need to know what is the best and cheapest country to established Our company?
We must have the ability to receive money via payment processors such as Paypal and skill
Can We create an ordinary bank account for the company (not offshore) anywhere in the world with this company's documents? or it should be offshore
Can a company's earnings be transferred to personal shareholders' accounts or are there problems?

Thank you very much

welcome aboard, wonder why no one has replied to your thread :)

Anyway, what exactly are your goals?

From how I read it you can setup a Cyprus company with a Cyprus bank account, safe taxes, stay safe and have good banking options. The problem could be the guy from Turkey which can be a problem towards Cyprus and UK banks because of international bulls**t.

Otherwise if you are willing to travel, find a good law firm in the UK ask them to help you to setup a UK company and take you by hand to a bank there to open an account, that's even the safest.

And finally there is Malta and Gibraltar which also are good offshore jurisdiction if everything else fails.
