LeuPay was great for 4 - 5 month ago, now they suck with their increasingly request to DD and KYC documents! I gave up my account with them! As @auric already mentioned, time to find alternatives we need them badly!

US is good but still much monitoring compared to other countries. For instant you can do the same with a Cyprus corp, Belize, Seychelles and many other offshore countries. you could ignore that happily with a Seychelles, Belize or other offshore company!

You will still need to pay personal income tax from the money you received from the Bulgarian company! The threatie only apply for corporate tax, which mean you don't have to pay tax again in your home country from the money you earn in the company!

It takes aprox 2 - 3 weeks sometimes faster to get a company registered in Malta! There are several good CPA's there which you can consult to get started!

And why don't you simply use services like 2checkout to get this setup with a simple offshore company for instant in Belize or so?

People that have been on this forum for some times will know exactly where to find the documents they need :)
