Well you will need a nominee if you don't want to be listed on a public register in the offshore jurisdiction and if such thing exists there. For my own safety I appointed a nominee shareholder and director to my Cyprus company, now no one can see who the real owner is (only with a court order)...

I asked them about this for some time ago and it isn't any problem to manage a Cyprus company and only pay 10% corporate tax even if you live there. I have been visiting Cyprus and I tell you it is expansive compared to the UK at least.

Seychelles over BVI and Cyprus if you ask me and dependent on what you are looking for.

the share capital isn't something you need to worry about, you don't owe it nor will you need to pay it at any time. To open a bank account for a Seychelles company is not complicated and pretty easy if you use the services from the Forum MOD's :)

My vote goes to the Seychelles company because it is the fastest and (from what I read) chepeast to incorporate :)

Not difficult, you may simply avoid reporting your tax to the local auth. In the Seychelles you don't need any accounting or filing of tax, so there is no one to report anything to .0)

I do this with a Sweedish company and a Seychelles corp. have been doing so for the last 2 years.
