You will have a really hard time opening a company paypal account for a Seychelles, BVI etc. company. In most cases it's not possible, unless you go with Gibraltar or Hong Kong. But then you need a bank account in the same country, which is more complicated.

It's not possible to hide who the owner is this way. Real numbered accounts no longer exist, and using nominees won't help :)
But with an offshore trust you can essentially do the same, and it works really well even if you get sued.
It doesn't matter how big a bank is, but how must risk they are taking. A bigger bank doesn't mean a safer one. The most safe banks are the ones that doesn't lend out any of your money. Compared to most of them that do put your cash at risk. You can't find too many of those really good banks...
A few days is more realistic if you are doing it remotely, but that is still pretty fast. If you need something really quickly and you can show up personally, then you do have some eastern European alternatives that are pretty good.
If you only need to receive wire transfers, I would recommend Belize. Very fast to work with, and gives the best asset protection than any other company jurisdiction in the world right now.
You can open an account for a company like that in Switzerland or Lichtenstein, but be prepared to deposit at least $100 000 in some cases. You have some banks that will still allow you with no minimum deposit, really secure and with document scans only.
You don't need to visit them, an account can be opened by video conferencing. I am about to open an account for a client there in the next 1 - 2 weeks. They are very responsive, and one of the Swiss banks that offer the anonymous Swiss Bankers Travel Cash card.
Some banks don't require it to open an account. What you could do is get an account in certain Balkan countries, with no deposit and then just ask for a reference letter straight away. It's really easy, done it a ton of times and showed others how to do it as well.
