Hello!
I wonder how you act if you have an offshore company and if you invoice another business which requires signing the invoices and you do not want to manifest your personality in the invoice. We could then sign with the imaginary personas signature…Do the B2B invoice transactions often lead to identity checks by the invoiced party? How do they know the person who has just signed the invoice is actually working in the company? Can we just hire a company secretary (from offshore agent) who will sign them for us or it can be costly if the number of invoices is large?

Well, so far I have only seen this be a required by Indian companies. You can sign yourself I doubt they will verify it at all. Otherwise you can appoint nominees i.e. director and shareholder that can sign the invoice.

Please reupload the document. It seems you confuse a Invoice with a contract but I would like to get a better picture of it by reading the doc.

Thank you very much for your wish to help - there is a DOWNLOAD link at the left hand bottom of the page - it wills end the file to you....waiting to hear what you think...

It is a contract they will send you a Invoice later on when you completed and signed the attached. I'm 100% certain on that!

So back to your initial question. You need to have a nominee to sign that contract or have simple fake docs available if you want to complete and sign it with unreal data!
