Hello there,
I'm new here :)
So, i need to set up a new offshore company for my new business ( dropshipping , adult materials). I don t know where is the best plase for this business.. I know about some problems with the banks for this type of business.
I need privacy, bank account and merchant account, paypal if possible ( or i'll set up paypal account alone, no problem).
Could you suggest me some solutions?

Consider reading my starter thread for some guidance:

Establishing an adult business will be hard. I won't comment on where you get the adult material from. But opening a full combo of an offshore company with bank and merchant is already tough. You can get a bank account but it is hard. Now, good luck doing this with an adult business. Unless you have a considerable amount of cash, I don't know of any bank which accept an adult business.

You absolutely need to host your website somewhere which ensures your privacy.

Some merchant accounts readily accept adult businesses, though please don't expect any red carpet service from them.

Search around the forum and read a lot is my advice.

Also, not specifically to your question, but dropshipping is extremely hard. Be absolutely sure you know what you are doing and be prepared to fail. The dropshipping industry eats people alive for the very reason that they think its easy while its not.

I do dropshipping since 10 years ago :) , i know enough this business. Moreover, i had a LLc company.
About my question.. I asked for some solution about the place where incorporate and the place for the bank account.
I check Seychelles and Belize and i think would be a good solution..No Panama for recent agreement with Italy..
Any advise about offshore hosting ?

Welcome aboard. For your business activity you could simply incorporate your business in Belize and if you want open an bank account in Cyprus or St.Vincent that would work perfectly fine. The adult materials are you getting wire transfers directly from customers or how are you get paid?

I need paypal corporate account too , so i need the bank account and company in the same place ( belizian company-belizian corporate bank account).
I'd like to offer paypal, wire transfer, bitcoin and bank merchant account. Now the website is still off, i want set up company before . Actually im selling on other marketplace.
So, Belize is better than Seychelles for italian resident? Can i host my website there too? Could you kindle show me some offshore provider?

You may want to look into a Belize company since it is less complicated to setup. Actually it is not possible to get a paypal cooperate account wo work with any offshore company unless you are an residency of any offshore jurisdiction. You can get a regular / personal account that you can use in combination with a Belize company.

Hosting in an offshore jurisdiction is most often expensive, is there any reason why you want to host your website offshore?

Hi Admin,
So Belize is more easy than Seychelles..ok, i'll check up it soon. I think will use a Directore Nominee too ( CFC laws of Italy.. ).
Paypal for the first year will be strictly necessary so i need it. After second year i'll use merchant account / wire transfer/bitcoin only.

I found some honest price on Singapore ( hosting ) at least.

Hey, thanks for this information. I am currently a resident of an EU company, but willing to relocate permanently to Belize to setup my dropshipping business with the liability protection a Belize IBC offers - I would ideally also want Paypal, can I setup it up if I am a resident of Belize? Also, are there other PP with which I can open to accept payments on my website registered on a Belize IBC? Thanks.

You want to see what date the post is from which you just replied to, time is over where it is possible to get a PP account for a Belize company.

There is a slight possibility to open a TransferWise or other EMI account for a Belize company, but you better look in a different direction like Cyprus, Georgia, UK and so on.
