We need to register a corporate domain.

Does it need to be registered to the main shareholder or the director? Or it should be purely corporate domain - and the company will own it (It will show company name as the owner name)? In this case if the company is dissolved - the domain will go with it as well??

I will be hiding ownership details by default (ENOM or GoDaddy offer to hide ownership identify) and will show them if someone asks to prove domain ownership….Still I would not wish to supply my HOME ADDRESS FOR A CORPORATE DOMAIN -Can I show a company registered address or a UK mail forwarding box for domain registration?

.Or I can prove it by changing a home page to include some dummy text?

Any idea is very welcome!

You can simply register the domain in the Company name as long as the domain account is kept in your private name it will not go with the Company. Pretty easy to administrate!
