Yeah, I thought Debit Cards are available to members with paypal account. I think u have to wait like a month after you apply or something like that.

How did it upgrade all by itself? But I guess there's a limit on the money. So just go to paypal and see what the limit is.

I honestly don't agree with the national healthcare for the United States. People work to get their insurance or whatever. I have a feeling that people are going to become lazy. Also, jobs might diminish (health field) becuase of this.

Oh my gosh! Cash for Clunkers is such a great deal provided by the government. Not only are we getting the deal, we're helping the economy and the environment. People should hurry up and take advantage of this deal. Sorry that I sound like an ad but its sooo true and worth it. KeEp GrEeN

You should definately read their terms and conditions before. If you still have questions about their fees, call there service center b/c you dont want to be charged again.
