One can use this phrase every day of any year, applied to any country, and it'll still remain accurate enough thanks to its vagueness.
There're many countries that've failed or succeeded in some things, but other countries would still do wrong things.
UK Ltd
Simply speaking: if I send money from Transferwise business or my proper business bank account of my UK Ltd, to my personal bank, will this alone trigger a taxable event?
And what if I sent back the same amount from my personal account to my business account within, say, 1-2 weeks? 1...
Does a simple act of transfering money from my biz bank account to my personal account incurr a tax event? Or is it rather transfer AND spend it AND/OR never, at least during a 1-1.5 year, transfer it back to my biz account?
Somebody briefly described his setup:
* digital marketing business; quite decent revenue (miillions per year)
* newly UAE resident
* owns UAE company
* former UK resident; not a US citizen
He said that he owns a US LLC too, from which money flows straight into his UAE company, and...

You pay no taxes with your UK Ltd and you're own the true owner of it, right? But even with this set up, how could someone legally avoid paying taxes in the UK with LTD?
If it was UK *LLP*, then it'd be understable how to not pay taxes, and legally so.
But in case of UK *LTD* -...
3) Also, for now I expect that an average payment will be relatively small - one or a couple of hundred dollars. Sometimes they'll be thousand(s), but only sometimes. And in sum -- a thousand or several thousands per month, that is.

1) At this point I don't use any bank, but Transwerfise and Stripe, biz accounts. Later on I plan to use Bankera too.
A customer can, or rather will, pay for consulting via either. Obviously, with Stripe there'll higher fees, but for some customers it's easier to pay via it...
