Setup with US LLC -> Dubai company

I see. Is a US LLC a shell company for a Dubai company then? in this particular case.

China declares all crypto-currency transactions illegal

One can use this phrase every day of any year, applied to any country, and it'll still remain accurate enough thanks to its vagueness. There're many countries that've failed or succeeded in some things, but other countries would still do wrong things.

Does transfer of money from a biz bank account to a personal account incurr a tax event? Or rather...

UK Ltd Simply speaking: if I send money from Transferwise business or my proper business bank account of my UK Ltd, to my personal bank, will this alone trigger a taxable event? And what if I sent back the same amount from my personal account to my business account within, say, 1-2 weeks? 1...

Does transfer of money from a biz bank account to a personal account incurr a tax event? Or rather...

Does a simple act of transfering money from my biz bank account to my personal account incurr a tax event? Or is it rather transfer AND spend it AND/OR never, at least during a 1-1.5 year, transfer it back to my biz account?

Payments for "consulting" and "software dev" -- suspicious for banks? How to mitigate it?

I like to ask questions on forums without having read a whole topic ;) Regarding PM - they're unavailable for me. Does anybody know, is it because my account is too young?

Payments for "consulting" and "software dev" -- suspicious for banks? How to mitigate it?

Thx man --- You pay no taxes with your UK Ltd and you're own the true owner of it, right? But even with this set up, how could someone legally avoid paying taxes in the UK with LTD? If it was UK *LLP*, then it'd be understable how to not pay taxes, and legally so. But in case of UK *LTD* -...

Payments for "consulting" and "software dev" -- suspicious for banks? How to mitigate it?

    3) Also, for now I expect that an average payment will be relatively small - one or a couple of hundred dollars. Sometimes they'll be thousand(s), but only sometimes. And in sum -- a thousand or several thousands per month, that is. Is it be likey that there'll be little to no any scrutiny...

Payments for "consulting" and "software dev" -- suspicious for banks? How to mitigate it?

Interesting! 1) At this point I don't use any bank, but Transwerfise and Stripe, biz accounts. Later on I plan to use Bankera too. A customer can, or rather will, pay for consulting via either. Obviously, with Stripe there'll higher fees, but for some customers it's easier to pay via it...

"Once you get on MATCH list" -- who the "you"?

Where or how have you obtained this insider information? And is it 100% accurate?

"Once you get on MATCH list" -- who the "you"?

"Once you get on MATCH list of payment processors, you won't be able to .... and you won't be able to get off it easily" Who the "you" here? My business? I personally? Who? If it's my business, then why not simply open a new company and continue to do business under it?

Dude, correct your grammar mistakes - I don't understand a half of what you say. "bank may ask questions" - I've always known this.
