just now Qenta stated they will return all assets to the Trustee. All. so what class action you want to do?

you are a pessimist!! a few minutes ago a lot of prople were thinking they lost all their funds. OK a few extra months, but with prospects. and Qenta confirms to return all assets. S o including gold and metals. Sudeenly these people are rich (on paper for the moment)

The cash of opt ins are with the Trustee. All Qenta has to do is say to him to handover the cash to the customers. The gold metals Qenta can deal directly with customers.

here i think you are wrong. due to the fact PS sold his bank to Qenta, each opt-in customer handed over his metal to qenta. not to the trustee. in theory the metal should still be somewhere. most likely it is gone. One of the biggest thefts of the century I guess.

You (the bank) pretented customers would be better off with opt in. That seems enough ground for a lawsuit if turns out you pushed your good customer to a fraudelous company

He signed the Qenta deal. In my eyes he is responsible for the Qenta mess. He should take action and a)put legal pressure on Qenta to come forward or b)have the deal off due to Qenta going sour. Blaming someone else is not correct
