No i cant do that. Its not available in all countries. Is your prepaid card (billling address) from serbia too and matching the address from your paypal account?

The status "checking" usually means that your bank account got successfully linked. It just refers to that your bank account is a checking bank account. You should check if you can withdraw money.

Did you try to link a non-georgia visa card to a georgia paypal account (in the name of a non-georgia citizenship)? Did it work?
