I can give feedback about France. You can open a company without moving from your seat but you'll need a bank account, and it will be far more difficult to open a bank account if you're not resident regarding taxes there are ways to lower them but you still will have to pay taxes on benefits...

Hi all Just registered to the forum, happy to be here. I own a US LLC with EIN and bank account but still haven't started to use it ;-) Not my first company (offshore / onshore), just waiting to have the best plan to use it.
