I want to cashout affiliate earninngs in a offshore bank because of money movement restrictions. What are the best choices for me? Darks? Company formation? Foreign bank account? Will appreciate the help :)

Can i setup a company/bank account without going there physically? Someone recommended dark route. Affiliate Earnings-Wirex-AdvCash(Debit card) which might work but I don't want to do. Anyway to set things up quickly?

I want to setup an offshore company for my affiliate marketing earnings. My problem is not tax reasons, my country does not allow to send funds outside once it comes in. We are only allowed to take $1000 for travel vacation and that's it. So i think it's much better to have an offshore...
