Will you help to make maximum use of the DTA if we incorporate a company in Cyprus or Seychelles? will there be additional charges for this help?

It seems to be impossible to find a reliabæe person to help open the account in Swiss, only alternative is to visit the bank in person but I don't want to do that.

Dividend can be moved from the Cyprus holding to for instant a Seychelles holding this amount is not taxed, further you can make loans in the Seychelles or Cyprus company which are as well not taxed... great benefits, we can't do the same with a UK or other European company :( So it is great...

Has been a long time since I made this post! I read that for this to work it requires a EU company (Cyprus) and a offshore company and then invoice the EU company... seems to be the perfect set up, will look further into this next week.

We put up a Geotrust cert. works great even though we don't see an increase of orders.
