    it's not even a question if you can or not... simply the current provider won't allow you to move the CC data... there is so many hoops you will need to jump through.... verification/docs/forms/etc. You simply won't be able to sell that database....

    I was toying with Nord VPN, but decided to go with SurfShark, and that's what I'm currently using. They have their limitations, just as any service, but for me, it's enough. So far their customer service was always very helpful, and quick to respond.
