@Flycatcher so what you say is that they claim to be able to accept credit cards but they don't accept VCC for some reason. Does that mean these entropay, neteller etc. cards are blocked by the card payment gateway or does it mean they don't want to accept these cards?

Can't this easely be done with Cubits or similar services you think? I have found several exchange services on the Internet already. Problem is that no one knows which one to trust some of them require 2 - 3 business days to make the exchange!

So we can either verify the account and get unlimited amounts to withdraw and transfer to the debit card or we get several accounts to stay anonymous?! Can we verify with the docs you provide @auric ?

So you can only provide personal verification documents right? Ot did you had any luck for corporate paypal account verification too?

You can do this with a EntroPay card or Neteller card right? also you need a stealth paypal account or not?

It's not going to happen to get a business PayPal account unless you fake the incorporation documents for your offshore company, which may actually be possible!!

There are a few guys here on the forum that seem to be able to setup a offshore corp, offshore account, paypal and other payment systems with ease.. :) you can also find lots of threads and post on this forum about how to get a offshore paypal account for your company!
