I have used most of these platforms for different services over the years. I would personally recommend People per hour. Although not as big a platform as say Upward or freelancer, the standard of freelancers is generally higher... for various reasons.

This may have changed in the last couple of years but I dont think Paypal will open an account in Nevis unless its with a US bank account.

Ok just so I understand the principles here, although their is no issue in setting up a bank account in Cyprus am i right in believing that with the new CRS legislation the UBO details will be past on to the relevant tax authorities ? ...and dark docs wont get through bank screening ?
