It is just an email to tell you if your claim is valid in full, partial or even not valid... Nothing more!

So they have send us this mail now, after 6 months when this mail should have get to us after just a week from the arrival of the claim in their hands... They needed just 6 months to create an email for us with an ambigous explanation :))

I believe they know that they won't get anything if the bank was low on money and assets... They should have a motive to do so... hope so...
