Buying a house in Spain non-resident, risks?
"Spain is a tax hell hole" Whilst this is mostly true, Madrid and Andalucia have significantly friendlier tax arrangements (no wealth tax and near to no IHT). And relative to other places in Europe, the tax rates on divs/interest and cap gains isn't terrible.- Danc
