What if its a service provided in another country (not US or in Panama) like accommodation or a cruise, is it taxable from the US side?

The wise closure epidemic just stroke me too... Now looking for alternative for receiving and sending USD funds internationally for non-Us and non-Eu resident.

Us accounts are working fine, just that its not Community Federal bank instead of Evolve, and Community Federal Bank have very crappy reviews online.
