what if i live in Mexico and hold a few EU Bank Accounts with regular income (German Citizen). The bank has a local PO Box address (in Germany) on file.

i received from amazon 4 weeks ago 5500 Euros :) no request no questions, have that account for over a year. Using it as my main account.

easy pick ANY address in germany, go online look for a "Nachsendeantrag" fill it out with that address and they forward every letter to any country for a fee. You can pay with CC or Direct Debit. They do not check if you actually live there, any address will work.
