If you are waiting for a refund, make sure you complain to the Ombudsman. It seems this is something TW takes more or less seriously. Here's their final response:

@Elve It has now been 86 days. Following your advice: Regularly remind them to process the refund, filed a complaint with the regulator, putting pressure on them via Twitter/Trustpilot
