What bank does Skype consultancy? a name please :)

Wonder how many large International companies have incorporated in India and if it would be worth it for smaller companies that want to enter these markets?

It was of great help to read the comment's here, we went with this, Seychelles Foundation + Cyprus Trading and Seychelles Holding just in a different order. All entities have been setup now only waiting for the bank accounts to be operative.

You may look at Cyprus or Mauritius or Latvia.. searching the forum will bring up lots of names.

I will defiantly appoint nominees! Don't even consider a offshore company without nominees if privacy is one of your requirements.

Check the rules for a United Kingdom company to be fully owned by a offshore company, what tax has then to be paid? I think your solution may be there.
