I don't think it would cause you a problem, they rarely ask for anything. But you can just create another LLC, it's like $150 and you can have the two businesses transactions separated and be "safer"
OP, take into account some proxy providers (I can't remember if these are) have themselves blocked banking and financial services for their users so as to minimize the possible fraudulent usage of their IP's, so if these don't let you, you could look for a couple more and try.

Why would you put the real one if it's very likely to get rejected? Just create a basic site (can only be text, with zero images) about fitness coaching for example, and you're good to go.
Mercury is one of the easiest applications to pass. You need a basic website with privacy policy and terms..make sure that you select that you currently have US operations. You can try in Relay as well, same level of difficulty.
Just click on the option that your bank is not on the list, and then when asked name of the bank write www.wise.com
Then the warning message dissapears. This, at least, has worked for me in the past.
