Hello, I read that opening an overseas trust can hep me to protect my privacy and assets. Moreover it can protect my money if something goes from in the trading entities can someone explain how to do that? Thanks for your help.

So some say they are not good and it's not possible to open an account with them remote. Others say it is a great bank and it's possible to get an account there. Guess I have to call them to find out.

There are no capital / paid in share capital requirements for these entities. I would go with a Cyprus company, BVI sucks now a days to register.

Do you know what a PoA is at all? You only need it if you are not the director of the company but want control!
