They are not a legal advisory company so no they cant advise on legal aspect, it seems they are just a formation agent which suggest certain structure.

I get one line response from this company. Kinda dont feel comfortable using them. One of the staff keeps saying you should get Tax advisers instead.

Turner little charges 500 pounds to strike off the company in Belize if i did not want it anymore would it be ideal to pay or let it be if decide not to use it?

How about a UK Company owning those properties? does the same tax laws apply?

Seems to have gone off topic totally no idea what the last post refers too. Just wandering if anyone can advise on a possible structure and whom i can use for this and other business related matters i have for incorporation.

Does the Offshore company have to be under her name and which jurisdiction would you suggest?
