You need to move your self out of the country to somewhere you want to live with low taxes. The company alone won't make it.

Depending on what your needs and requirements are I would choose Cyprus over Paraguay but that's my opinion you may check with what else is wrote here. Cyprus has nice weather and it is still close to Europe if that matters, downside, they are part of the EU not the best.
