Wise offers the euro account, but no card, hence my original question regarding a service of prepaid card that would work with Wise. The registered agent only accepts a card as a payment (no bank transfer, unfortunately).

They say the business cards are temporarily unavailable in the USA. I think it is a temporary restriction that has lasted for years (maybe just for foreigned-owned LLC?)... I had a card with Mercury, but never had one from Wise. I do not think I can count on that option, unfortunately.

I have never tried it, but in the app, I see the "Euro transfer" is available and is a SEPA transfer. I think you cannot hold euros with Xapo, so that they should convert USD or BTC to EUR first.

Wise accepts ACH transfers. Xapo Bank has recently added (back) ACH transfers in your own name. As mentioned earlier, Payoneer, but with high fees. Depending on your region, maybe (not 100 % sure about ACH): Utoppia, Grabrfi, Takenos and Wallbit.
