Hi, I am wanting to obtain a tax residency certificate here in Cyprus as I have stayed over the 183 days. What is the procedure and what documents are required? I can only find the T.D.126 form but this seems to only applicable to tax residency by the 60 day rule. Thanks!

As long as it's coming from a regulated exchange, they are ok with it as in 2024. EU and US regulated though, not recommending asian based or island based.
