Emirates Islamic Black Card has 3% fees on foreign currency. This card is useless if you spend your money in USD. Or am I wrong ?

Why everybody is panicking ? 9% tax on PROFIT is NOTHING If it was on turnover I’d panic but there is absolutely no reason to leave Dubai now These 9% can be close to 0 if your company has various expenses.
