Probably you are right… what a frustrating situation with no updates at all. Proper sh..show tbh. I have sent already several of emails to the receiver and no reply so far…

This sounds like a solid plan. Also in terms of paying the lawyer, I’m sure many are completely broke right now, and we can support each other !

That’s why I said „if“ because everybody is saying something else admin really got confused and frustrated…. Some are blaming you, some are blaming Quenta, some are blaming the OCIF and receiver…. It’s just frustratin that nobody talks to us…

The problem is most of the customers are completely broke and don’t have even money for a lawsuit, if you offer to support us financially I’m sure many would be part of the lawsuit.

Not really sure which T&C they needed to accept. Yeah let’s not think about the worst case scenario. I just wished there would be a better communication from all parties. Also that @Pschiff disappeared from this thread, shows clearly that he is guilty for many things.

Realistically guys. In case quenta is really broke and doesn’t have the funds anymore, do you think they will compensate the OPT-IN clients with the funds if the OPT-OUT clients ? Just a logical reply from maybe someone who had experience.

Honestly a bank liquidation where the funds are all in the hand of the receiver doesn’t take that long. If it would be a liquidation where all the assets needs to be liquidated etc it makes sense that it takes 4-5 years, but in this case not at all. Let’s hope for a miracle that we will get soon...

Do you have a telegram group or something like that where you stay in touch with each other ? I used to speak to someone who was in a group represented by the lawyer but because I couldn’t pay and join he started to ignoring me.

@Pschiff if you will get a compensation does the receiver/OCIF will really pay it from the EPB customer funds ? If yes are you really gonna take that compensation ?
