Delaware LLC tax return filing confusion

Hello, I'm looking at Delaware LLC tax filing requirements, and for a foreign-owned LLC, with no US income, do I need to file any tax return papers? Or just pay the $300 fee and be done with it? Thanks in advance! I would also like to know how this works for New Mexico as well, since I'm...

Service for USA LLC renewal and tax return filing

Hello, I have a multi-member LLC (2 owners). I need to file a tax return by April this year. Does anyone know any good reliable services for this? I found many sites, but all of them look terrible/sketchy and cost 500-600$. I would also be interested in changing my registered agent from my...

Company Credit Card for Personal Use?

Nop, not taxable, here we only pay tax based on income, there are no tax reductions if we buy something for the company or invest in the company. Basically, you pay 20% tax, and you're done. You can use the company money however you want, withdraw it, purchase anything, etc. As a foreign-owned...

Company Credit Card for Personal Use?

Here you can use the company card for pretty much anything. That's why I'm not worried about the LLC that much, however, where can one open up a personal account to stay off the radar since payoneer is no longer an option for me.

Company Credit Card for Personal Use?

Hello, I recently opened up a LLC as a foreign citizen, U got a mercury bank account and issued myself a card. My question is, can I use this card to purchase personal items? Since the company is in the US and there are no tax obligations to the US for foreign citizens anyway, will it matter...

    Mercury, TryNovel, or something else?

Well for instance in the case of TryNovel, their "Starter" plan requires at least 2k balance or 1k monthly revenue or they start charging 10$ a month for fees. I'm not saying it's much, but it's not ok from their part haha.

    Mercury, TryNovel, or something else?

Yeah I'm guessing I will never find the perfect one, Right now i'm leaning towards Mercury. I see many people on here use it and it is the most popular. Just wanted to check if there are any other alternatives that might be better :D

Hello everyone, Recently I opened up an LLC, and I'm in the process of getting a bank account setup. Now my paranoid self went online and read all kinds of terrible reviews for both Novel and Mercury. Such as accounts getting closed, money being lost, etc. Mind you that we will be running a...

Need advice. Freelancer from Non-EU country

@JimBeam thanks for the suggestion, I will think it through. Unrelated to that, I have been looking at many other options, Does anyone have any reasons why for instance Anguilla, Belize, or Saint Vincent would be a bad choice? Even Marshal Islands or the British Virgin Islands look promising...
