Two cons I can think of for US LLC are:
- potential tax implications involving notorious IRS
- Litigious culture. If someone were to file a lawsuit against your LLC, then it'll be cumbersome
Anyone wanna chip in?
Hi,
Is there a jurisdiction which doesn't require a license to set up a private investigation agency?
Business will be entirely virtual. In fact, the investigation work (information gathering) will be done electronically and automated by means of software and possibly artificial intelligence...
How's your experience with Stripe Atlas in incorporating a Delaware LLC?
I would expect that getting a bank account and stripe payment account to be easier than if you were to incorporate a US LLC by yourself or through an external agent.

Hi,
1. Even if you are non-resident and your business are foreign sourced and that you would owe no tax to US IRS, are you still required to file taxes?

2) Would it still work if UBO of Company B is John?
3)...
If I have a UAE company (zero taxes) that accepts customers from HK/SG (territorial tax regime) through internet sales, does the UAE company need to pay tax to HK/SG for the portion of income that was derived from that country?

Really? U mean I can just fly to UAE and bring/send my income (company dividends) tax-free without having to satisfy minimum residence requirements?
If the above is true, I have some questions:
I am a citizen of jurisdiction A with territorial tax regime and regard foreign income as tax free...
