Yes, banqia's IBANs were from mistertango. After the shutdown they are trying to implement another solution, not sure what exactly. Not sure if currently they are reliable at all.

I asked the people that use it this way. They have linked the tw usd account to stripe and receive the money there. So im not sure bout the iban and eur.

Try again with transferwise, stripe should accept it. I've seen this configuration.

It's a pity because Seychelles is not in their reject list: TransferWise Help | Why can't I get a borderless account? So currently the only working solution is using ePayments?
