The problem with using the address of a lawyer / consultant is that they usually have multiple people using that same address. Which for the fiscal authorities of your home country would be an easy and routine way to verify (if they would try).

Cool! I am also planning my move to Romania with a similar setup! Have you consiedered Cluj? It is quite a nice city, compared to Bucharest. But has lots of universities, international companies and an airport with direct flights into all major european cities!
Where do you have the 20% info for Romania? It is wrong as far as I know, capital gain tax in Romania is 10% (which includes crypto gains - i confirmed with a local tax advisor).
