I invoice many Country’s from Europe. As long as you provide an IBAN, they are happy to do so in my experience. Sri Lanka is on no Blacklist, Greylist or has a warning (except for travel but that’s due to an event that some years ago happened)

Yes. 6% income tax in a specific structure with your own LTD. Opening Bank accounts is tricky, since if you don’t have a Sri Lankan being share holder, they don’t give you a physical Card.
