    Substance in Andorra can be created. The dividend wht is a downside, but 1) a salary can be paid 2) there seem to be generous deductions on salary and turnover but so far the downside is that there is a div wht and the accounting costs are sky high.

    I suppose lawyer better than an all-in-one service; Cyprus is very much geared to that, maybe Hungary works in a more medieval way, via a lawyer ;-) So yes please, especially if I can avoid hassle.

    Tried them. Communication only in Hungarian. Does not set up a daughter company for my holding. Personal Hungarian Tax Number needed before starting work (how does one do that when not a permanent resident?). In all setting up a Kft seems painful.
