I got my offshore Seychelles company yesterday, registration number, company certificate and all other documents by scan, they also requested address and phone to courier the original docs. So far all seems very great.

If you neeed a merchant account or other credit card processing a non resident Cyprus company may be better otherwise if you are fine with moneybookers or 2co a Seychelles company is great. The answer depends on the goal to be tax freedom thumbups
