I think you'll be ok. Just make sure that your real identity is used as least as possible (preferably never) in the incorporation process.
Be aware though that there will always be some degree (however limited) of risk involved.
You need to clarify your residency status.
If you are currently resident and domiciled in the UK, then there is no way to legally make your plan work in the short term. You need to sever your residency with the UK first. After that, you can deal with the corporate structuring issues.

Offshore is still very much alive. CRS, FATCA, AML/KYC, etc. just makes it a much more complicated and expensive endeavor.
That is true, but I really like the idea of studying a particular subject matter very well and setting up my own practice online as a service provider.
I'm not sure how realistic that is, but that is where my head it at right now. How did you get into the game?
Yeah, that complicates matters further.
I have it pretty nice where I am at right now. No bar exam, just a professional responsibility-like course to become a member of the provincial law society.
Offshore 'mastermind' ran $300M 'shadow bank' for clients' tax-haven money, draft CRA report says --> Here is another example of a successful provider (notwithstanding the fact that he's MIA and the SEC is after him for facilitating securities fraud lol) who operated a successful...
Again, thanks for this detailed response Sols!
So the chief flaw of my business plan at present is attracting the right clients? This is what I suspected as wealthy people usually are not stupid and trusting people solely based on a webpage and some third party comments is a little silly. Like...
Thanks for this Elias! So would you say that the best way to get your name and services out there is through Search Engine Management and Optimization? What do you consider to be a large budget? And I've always been a little confused about Forum and Blog advertising. Is this just getting...

As already mentioned, there is no legal way to hide money from the taxman. Hiding money requires you to lie on a tax return which equals tax evasion, not legal tax avoidance.
If your ecommerce business continues to grow, and you still want to avoid taxation in your current residence...
A lot of the service providers I found (who appeared to be resellers) were lawyers selling asset protection trusts and other structures online (Asset Protection Planners - General Corporate Services, Inc) (AssetProtection.com). I'd like to know how much business these guys do.
Sols, do you...
Sorry for bringing back an old thread, but I have a question I really want to ask Sols.
Can you name some of these asset protection trust resellers? I'd love to check them out and see what their business looks like.
Do you think these resellers make good business? One problem I see is that...
A lot of countries have deeming provisions whereby corporations incorporated in that particular jurisdiction past a certain date will be deemed resident for tax purposes. Canada is one such example. You need to speak with a tax lawyer in the Netherlands. In my experience, western countries tend...
