    Ejari in Dubai

ah the fake tax residence trick, the oldest tax evasion scheme known to mankind, what could possibly go wrong ;)

0% plan and coming back from tax haven after 10 years

OP is planning UAE, it will be very easy to calculate how many days he was within EU if they really want to know, that's why i think this is a bad idea. If you want to do the fake tax residence thing, go to Bulgaria for your tax residence and then you can travel easily within the EU with far...

    2 Work Contracts in EU?

my source is EU law that as an employee you can only legally work a set number of hours, 2 full time contracts violate that. You can have 2 different part-time contracts in different EU countries, better contact a specialist how taxes and social security how that will work yes it is, to work...

0% plan and coming back from tax haven after 10 years

If you come outside of EU your entry is registered at the border anyways, they know exactly when you entered or exit EU territory if you return within 2 years they are going to try to tax on the income you had outside Belgium, for anything over 2 years they will look for other ways to still tax...

    2 Work Contracts in EU?

Are these both full time work contracts because that is going to be illegal.

Depends on the country, Belgium fore example takes 5 years, if you return within 5 years they could tax you on that income. best is to talk with a tax expert of your home country I think until now that data is only accessible for (serious) criminal cases but who knows if that will change some day.

I would add, if you come from outside EU/Schengen, don't take a direct flight to your home country but take a flight to a neigbour country and proceed over land to your home country.

Does this home country has "center of life" or "vital interest" in their tax code? This is vital because if they have there is nothing that will stop them to use it against you even if you stay less then 183 days in your home country. People have been considered tax resident for far less then...

0% plan and coming back from tax haven after 10 years

I am sure it works in Kenya and probably a bunch of other countries but this stuff stopped working in high tax EU countries a while ago. You can probably get away with it the first year, maybe even the 2nd but at some point you will get in trouble. you can even get in trouble with a tax...

The OP wants UAE tax residence while living in his home country for 182 days as a "tourist", it is literally in his opening post, maybe you should stick to the subject instead of posting stuff that has zero relevance to what the OP was asking? Now you are going on ignore status, ciao ciao

We are talking about UAE, they have zero incentive to protect you because you are not paying taxes anyway. What boggles my mind that there are still people who think having a tax residence in low tax country A even with a tax certificate of said country will protect them from claims from high...

Read the frigging post above you from the German guy, he has troubles and he stayed less then 100 days in Germany and there is a DTT between Switzerland and Germany. This has nothing to do with DTT and has everything to do with fiscal law and what the criteria are to be considered a tax...

This is simply not true! Do you think that UAE will come to your defense with the "treat" if a European court slaps your for tax evasion. The high tax countries don't give a f*****k about the 183 days rule. vital interests and center of life are the most important criteria. The link I provided...

    Reseller drowned by taxes.

since you physically work with these goods, your best bet is to settle with the Spanish tax man and then pysically move to a low tax EU country like Bulgaria and continue your business from there. There is little optimization you can do if you are physically running your business from Spain...

0% plan and coming back from tax haven after 10 years

yeah it does not work like that. If a judge declares that your center of life and/or vital interests are still in your home country and rules in favour of the tax man then not a single tax treaty will protect you. There is a very thread going on in this sub of a German dude who moved to...
